If you’ve ever walked into Tagliente Studio, you already know Ali's smile lights up the room. To us, she isn't just an incredibly talented barista and passionate nail tech in training—she is our brilliant babysitter, our rock, and a deeply cherished part of our family. She always shows up for everyone else, but right now, she needs us to show up for her.

What started as a scary hospital visit for a severe kidney infection took an unexpected turn when scans revealed three gallstones, with one painfully stuck. Because of hospital delays, her surgery kept getting pushed back, turning a quick procedure into an exhausting one-week hospital stay to have her gallbladder removed.

Ali is finally home, but because her body went through so much trauma between the infection and surgery, she has a long road of recovery ahead. She cannot work for the foreseeable future, and as a barista and nail tech, her livelihood entirely depends on being on her feet and using her hands. We want her to focus 100% on healing, not stressing over how to cover rent, utilities, groceries, daily expenses, Medicaid, and medical bills.

Ali spends her life taking care of our community, making people feel beautiful, and loving on our kids. Every single dollar goes directly to her to keep her afloat while she rests.
