Help Alfredo Canal REBUILD his home

We are raising money that will go to Alfredo Canal (Our humble food service cook with 46 years of dedicated service at St Jude). Unfortunately his home was destroyed recently from the next door neighbor fireworks blast in Ontario. He lived next door with his wife and family and lost everything, even his chicken coop and his beautiful orchids he has been raising for years. Any help would be graciously appreciated.
