Alfonzo’s Healing Journey & Vision
Dear close friends and supporters,
This is very personal to me, but I want some of my closest friends and family to be a part of my journey. Over the past several years, I’ve been living with a progressive neurological condition that has slowly affected my ability to walk and move. Despite extensive genetic testing, imaging, and specialist evaluations, including a visit to Johns Hopkins and treatments such as IVIG and MS therapies, I’m still considered undiagnosed. I now use a wheelchair full-time, and my doctors have not yet found a clear cause or effective treatment.
For the past few years, my health insurance has been a blessing, it covered major testing and care, but the next stage of my healing involves experimental and regenerative therapies that are not covered by insurance. I want you to join me in this new phase of my journey. I’m the first case in my long-term vision.
I am seeking to raise $30,000 to begin the first phase of care, focused on neuro-regeneration and metabolic recovery. To make this manageable, I’m hoping for contributions in the range of $500 to $5,000 per person, so that a small group of supporters can help me reach this goal together.
Your support will directly help fund treatments that can potentially improve my strength, reduce fatigue, and slow progression to improve my quality of life.
Funding Plan & Six-Month Treatment Timeline
Phase 1: November – January Goal: $30,000 (Initial Funding Goal) Includes:
NeuroSolutions (Lake Charles): 7–10 day intensive neuro-restorative program using mineral-based therapies, photobiomodulation, and neuromuscular activation. Estimated cost: $18,000 total (≈ $1,800–$2,500 per day)
Monthly Peptide Therapy (2 months): BP-157 – $1,500/month Stemedix (nerve & tissue repair) Cerebrolysin – $2,000/month (neuroprotection & neuron regeneration) NAD⁺/SS-31 infusions – $800/month (cellular energy & mitochondrial health) Total peptide cost for 2 months: $8,600
Preparation for Stem Cell Therapy (Costa Rica): Travel coordination, medical screening, and deposit Estimated cost: $3,000 Phase 1 Total: ~$29,600
Phase 2: February – April Goal: $25,000 (Future Funding) Includes: Intrathecal Stem Cell Therapy (Costa Rica): Direct spinal administration to target upper motor neuron pathways Estimated cost: $10,000–$15,000

Long-Term Vision: Building a Nonprofit This journey isn’t just about me, it’s about creating a path forward for others. I am working to establish a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with rare or undiagnosed neurological conditions who are seeking access to care that isn’t covered by traditional insurance. The nonprofit will: Provide funding support for experimental and regenerative treatments Help patients find clinical trials and global care options Create a transparent, community-driven database to share treatment outcomes and promote research Your support today not only helps me heal, it helps build hope for others facing the same uncertainty.
