Our wonderful dog walker/sitter, Alfira Charipova, is a 69-year-old immigrant who lost everything in the Palisades' fire including her home — a basement apartment she rented in the Palisades for over 20 years. Her home, life and livelihood revolved around the Palisades' community. Any relief you could provide would be greatly appreciated. We are trying to help her get back on her feet and find housing so she can get back to doing what she loves most - taking care of others' dogs.
