As some of you may already know, our dear friend Alfonso Sedano has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. He is going into Chemo Therapy as soon as possible, and a group of us who worked with him thought it would be a good idea to invite you all to help him and his family with his upcoming medical bills.

Alfonso, informally known as Alfi, has worked with McCarthy for almost 20 years at many of our projects in the bay area and beyond. As much as he has enjoyed working with us, he is looking forward to his days in retirement. Whether it was his 4am commute from (Far) East Bay to the Peninsula, or working outside during hot summer days, there was never a complaint you'd hear from Alfi. You can always find him with a warm smile, greeting everyone who comes onto the site. From sharing nopales from his backyard, to sharing his words of wisdom to the young folks, everyone who knows Alfi, knows that he radiates nothing but positivity.
