Help Alexus's Family After Her Tragic Passing

With permission from the family, I’m incredibly saddened to announce the unfortunate passing of Alexus Monet Sherrill. Alexus was a beautiful 29 year old young woman and mother of five amazing children; A’myiah, Nevaeh, Kayden, Aya, & Amir.

Alexus recently gave birth to her youngest son Amir in June 2025, shortly after delivery Alexus experienced postpartum complications and was diagnosed with Postpartum Cardiomyopathy (heart failure) and also blood clots in her arm and around her lungs and heart. After being released from the hospital on 08/05/2025 with a heart vest monitor and medications, her heart was unfortunately just not strong enough and passed in the home on 08/09/2025.

Any proceeds donated to this GoFundMe will go directly to funeral expenses and to the care and needs of the children themselves.
