For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Alexis. This past Saturday, June 7th, 2025, after a wonderful day with family, I was driving home with my daughter when, just 2 minutes from my home, my car started smoking. I thought quickly to pull over and get my daughter and other important belongings out of the car before it was engulfed in flames within minutes.

I only had the car for a few months, but I put quite a bit of money into it so I could have a stable vehicle to get to and from work and to take my daughter and me where we need to go. I also, of course, only had liability on the car because it would've been a much more expensive payment if I had full coverage, so the insurance can’t help me with anything.

There’s more to my story as to why I’m asking for help, but I won’t get into that. I know everyone is struggling, but if you could share or send a few bucks, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you and stay safe!
