Help Alexis Graduate from the #1 HBCU!

I hope this message finds you well. I am Alexis Lowery, and I am currently a student at Spelman College, the #1 Historically Black College and University in the nation. I’m proud to say that I’m working toward graduating with the goal of entering the medical field—specifically in women’s health, where advocacy and care for underserved communities are both urgently needed and deeply personal to me.

This journey has not been easy, but it has been deeply meaningful. I want to create change, speak up for those who don’t feel heard, and ultimately provide for my family in ways we haven’t experienced before. That’s why I’ve been working a summer job, volunteering at my church, and giving back to my old high school whenever I can. Still, the financial demands of higher education are heavy, and I’ve reached a point where I need to humbly ask for help.

There are unexpected expenses and gaps in funding that I’m working hard to bridge, and any financial help—no matter how small—would mean so much. It would go directly toward essentials like tuition, housing, books, and other costs tied to continuing my education strong.
