Hello family and friends of Alexis!

I want to share an idea.

Alexis' hospital bed broke. Again. And although Eric has mastered the use of duct tape and superglue, having the bed not be able to raise or lower as it should, or, when a worn part snapped off during the last move, and the powers that be still won't replace the bed or fix it entirely . . . I was wondering, if WE could.

A new bed will cost $6,000. I know this is a big thing, but I follow Eric and Rachel's update posts and there are so many of us who keep up with Alexis and how far she has come. I was thinking that with so many of us, if everyone could pitch in, then maybe we could give Alexis (and her parent's backs) something she (and they) could really use!

If you can swing anything at all, please do and we'll get this for the sweet and amazing Alexis! If you can't at this time, THANK YOU for all the love you have sent and continue to send to Alexis and her parents!
