I, Alexis Trujillo, and my husband Elijah Lopez were both fired from our jobs because of a Republican group who decided to be privileged and treat people however they want to... the story on the "news" is false. Yes I did turn her phone away from me but I wasn't yelling or using foul language. I felt the lady was being aggressive and in my personal space, so I turn her phone away and say she doesn't have my consent to video tape me. after she pushed and threatened me saying "or else" (who knows what she meant)... she is making me out to be a criminal... these people were so rude from the minute the lady in black walked through the door. She was standing in the entry way making it hard to take plates/cups in and out. Out of the 25 people they had only 9 ordered food. The were super loud and were ignoring their server the whole time. The lady told me they had such bad service and I asked her why.. her response "the server was taking plates and handing out checks" like that's our job? She said he was speaking over the guest when he was trying to take the food order and also for calling out hot ready plates. When I told her we're a restaurant and not a place to hold meetings she got really upset and said "that's why no one eats here".
