Dear Go Fund Me Visitors, Friends, & Family,

On January 17th, Alexis and I celebrated our one year anniversary. On January 24th, the ceiling in our bedroom caved in, either ruining or soaking almost everything in there. Part of the ceiling in our office was dripping as well. Because no one is living above us and maintenance wasn't being done upstairs, the thermostat died. This resulted in the pipes bursting and water building up above our living space. Now we're forced to get everything out, move, and find a new place asap. We're looking at apartments, but for now we're staying at a family member's house temporarily and getting a storage unit. This unforeseen circumstance leaves us without a mattress in our future home. The water got to Lex's PC and sentimental items like sketchbooks filled with art. We didn't really think of this until a couple of people mentioned it to us. Anything helps, especially if it goes to our new rent or Alexis' schooling so she can further her education. Thank you for all the emotional support we're receiving and possible financial help as well.
