Help Alexis, Paul, and Deborah After Palisades Fire
Donation protected
My name is Lexi, I am best friends with Alexis and her family. I first met Alexis back in 2016 when we worked at a local pharmacy in Pacific Palisades. Our friendship blossomed from day 1 from our love of Halloween, our names were the same, and we both had colored hair.
On January 7, 2025, Alexis’ birthday, the Palisades fire broke out about 10:30am. Alexis was on the way to her boyfriends, while her parents Paul and Deborah were making their was back home from visiting his brothers. By the time they had received the news and tried to make their way back, their homes were being evacuated and emergency personnel were not allowing people to return to their homes to retrieve valuables.
Less than 24 hours later, they received confirmation that their homes did not survive the fire among hundreds of other homes and businesses in the area.
Alexis, who grew up in the area, is an avid collector of horror films and lost thousands of dollars in collector items, from posters and one of kind figures, to personalized autographed items from horror icons who are no longer with us. She also runs a small business out of her home with her best friend/business partner, Lexi, creating custom tumblers. This now puts a pause on their business.
Paul and Deborah settled in Pacific Palisades when their daughters (Alexis and Jessica) were young and provided for them as they grew. Paul worked in many of the businesses in the area, but mainly worked as an independent contractor/handyman for those in his community. He also played guitar in a number of bands for many years. Unfortunately, he has lost all of his equipment to the fire, now having to build from scratch.
Deborah has lost her home, her work, and her valuables to this devastating fire. Precious family heirlooms and irreplaceable documents have been lost. Paul and Deborah have also lost his mothers precious collection of antique furniture that they planned to use in their home they would retire in.
At this time, all are in shock of the loss in their home, businesses, valuables, and more. They’re just looking for a little help to get through this time. If you find it in your heart to donate, please do, it will go directly to the family.
Thank you.
