Help Alexei, Olga & Baby Alexei Stay in Their Home

Dear friends,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for a beautiful young family: Alexei, Olga, and their little baby Alexei.

They are renting their apartment through the Irvine Company. Sadly, due to unexpected problems with their small family business, they fell behind on rent. I personally went with them to the Irvine Company office, and the management refused to accept partial payments. Instead, they demanded the entire balance in full.

Now, the case has already been filed in court. On top of the rent, the family must also pay $1,450 in legal fees. At this moment, the total amount they owe is $14,801.34 for July, August, and September rent. If the legal team does not change the date, they must pay this entire amount between now and September 9—in cash or check—otherwise, they face eviction.

All funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering the full amount that Alexei and Olga must pay to the Irvine Company to resolve their overdue rent and remain safely in their home with their little son. This is not a partial payment — the entire amount we’re raising is specifically to prevent eviction and help them get back on stable ground.

Alexei and Olga are kind, generous, and hardworking people. They are active members of the Santa Barbara Russian Orthodox Church, always ready to help and care for others. They also run a small daycare business where they lovingly care for children. Their dream is simple: to raise their baby in a safe home and continue serving their community.

But right now, without our help, they could lose the roof over their heads.

Please, if you can, donate whatever amount your heart allows. Every single dollar will go directly to keeping this family in their home.
