I’m reaching out to ask for help for my dear friend, Alexandria , who is facing one of the hardest moments anyone can go through. Alex’s mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal ovarian and brain cancer and has only been given a few months to live.

Alex is her mother’s only family — an only child — and she’s doing everything she can to take care of her mom while also trying to keep her own life together. She’s been juggling full-time work, daily hospital visits, and caring for her mother’s home and beloved animals. On top of all this, she’s paying rent for both her own home and her mother’s, which has put her under an overwhelming financial and emotional strain.

No one should have to choose between working to pay bills and being with the person they love most in their final days. Alex deserves the chance to be by her mother’s side without worrying about losing her home or falling behind on expenses.

I’m hoping to raise funds to help cover rent, utility bills, travel costs, and basic living expenses so Alex can focus on what truly matters — spending precious time with her mom and saying goodbye.
