Hello All,

I have a friend who has bebeen raising her sisters 3 children on top of her 4 (so a total of 7).She works as a CADC at a local alcohol & drug treatment facility and Oct 7th she recieved information from a someone close to her sister, that her sister had a baby, at home to avoid dhs taking it. When she found out the details she immediately called 911 for a welfare check. Thankfully the officer that took the call insisted that what Alex was saying was probably true. After 5 hours of waiting for a search warrant, swat team shows up, hostage negotiator and lots of police, they got the door open and found a newborn baby boy clinging on for dear life being fed fetynal laced formula and his organs shutting down from being so malnourished. The hospital stated that he only had hours very most 2 days left in him.

Being that Alex has his siblings, DHS will he placing baby boy with her. She was up at the hospital in portland with baby for 5 days until she had to come back to get ready for her hysterectomy (which was Monday the 14th) he should be being released at the end of this week beginning of next and she could use a little help now having 8 kids to clothe, feed, and care for plus a full time job. My friend could really use some financial support, with taking on 3 new children. The baby needs everything, from clothes, diapers and other baby items. Anything helps and is appreciated.
