i'm alexandra (or just alex), i'm trans, and i'm writing to you all to ask for financial support in my pursuit of bottom surgery (vaginoplasty). this is a physical part of my body that has hindered me in different areas, but especially mentally and romantically.

i hope to be able to have this procedure next summer, for those of you not familiar, there is quite an intense recovery period where you are not prohibited to work on your feet. this adds a layer of difficulty for me, as i work on my feet ha. i would like to apply whatever donations i receive towards the surgery itself and the recovery period (where i expect to take two months away from work).

i greatly appreciate any kind of support you feel compelled to gift, this is quite a big hill for me to climb in the next year. the recovery will require me to take 3 months away from work, which financially is daunting. but i know in my heart i can't go on without addressing this.

i plan to have the procedure next summer if all goes as planned.
