Hey, my name is Alexander. On August 11, 2025, around 6:00 pm, my family lost our home and personal belongings to a fire. We’re currently staying at a family member's house temporarily. They are currently renting, and us staying with them is a breach of their contract, so we’re struggling right now. All our savings we had hidden away burned away. Living with me and my family was my elderly mother and stepfather; they have a lot of medical problems. They lost all their clothes and medication in the fire as well. We would appreciate all the help we can get to get another roof over our heads and some food and clothes. We lived in this home for 14 years, and now it’s all gone. The donations will help us get a roof over our heads where we would all be safe and together. We’ve tried to reach out for help from Philadelphia Housing Authority and others sources there’s a wait list that can take years and we don’t have that much time. Please help us !
