Help Alexander Rigaud's Family in Their Time of Loss

Alexander Rigaud, father of 4 children: Mariah, Jessica, Alexandra, and Alika. He was a faithful and loyal friend, a great father and grandfather to his 8 grandchildren: Ikaika, Leolani, Kayden, Luna, Aurora, Josiah, Leia, and Greysen.

Last week Thursday, he suffered from several strokes causing him extreme confusion. I (Alexandra) left work to rush home to find my dad in distress. I immediately called the ambulance and they took him to the hospital. 2 hours after his arrival, they admitted him into the ICU. He had severe heart issues, low oxygen, and concerns with his lungs. He was alert in the beginning but the medical staff advised he was not in great shape and he would need to be sedated to give his body a chance to recover. He never had that chance. A few days after sedation, he succumbed to his ailments, at the age of 58.

My sister Jessica and I were by his side in his last moments. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many people in his life.

These funds will contribute to many parts of this process. Flights for my little brother and my big sister to come and say goodbye to my father one last time before he is cremated. For other expenses like cremation, funeral services/wake, other immediate things such as his previous living arrangements and any other things that follow his passing.

This is very unexpected to our entire family, and we are absolutely devastated that this has happened.
