Update: This week marks the one year anniversary of Alexander’s accident, we want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been keeping in touch and reaching out. We would like to keep this fundraiser running to defer the costs of medical bills, even with insurance coverage can be limited and every donation has been incredibly beneficial.
With gratitude and love, the Quilters
Alexander Quilter is a senior, honors student, at St. John’s Prep in Danvers Massachusetts and was a passenger in a tragic car accident on October 14th in Mystic Connecticut. Alexander is in critical condition at the Yale New Haven Hospital - he and his friends have a long road to recovery ahead. The bulk of his injuries include a shattered femur, dislocated hip and a complex broken jaw. Please keep his family, friends, and community in your prayers.
As a small side note, thank GOODNESS he was wearing a seatbelt in the backset and that he had activated his iPhone SOS Crash Detection function, and, had Emergency Contacts listed in his phone! First responders and family were made aware of this accident IMMEDIATELY.
Thank you for all the love and support, calls, cards, cookies and ice cream!
