Help Alexander and his dad Alex Camacho

Hi my name is Desiree and I’m the mother to Alexander as you all know or might not know. I’m setting up this fundraiser to help my son Alexander and his dad Alex Camacho. Alexander has been dealing with kidney disease his whole life since birth. It’s been a year now since he has been on dialysis. We have been waiting for this day to finally say he has found his kidney match. Little did we know that his kidney match has always been his dad. Alexander’s dad Alex will be donating his kidney to his son soon and we are all beyond excited for this journey. These two will be having a life changing surgery soon so anything helps.
