Help Alex with cost of multiple complex surgeries

Hi, my name is Jose Polanco, i am a Nurse in NY city., I am asking for help to aid my nephew Alex (lives in Dominican Republic)to cover cost for multiple complex surgeries to correct defects created by Crohn’s Desease.

Alexander was misdiagnosed as a 8year old child and required a colostomy at that time. Alex was properly diagnosed several years ago and quality of life has somewhat improved with correct treatments , but continues to be in and out of hospitals in Dominican Republic).Alex is now mid 20’s has a young family , one child. He is a productive young man works in graphic arts. His limited income can only over some medical treatments.

His wish is for a better healthier life to enjoy his family.

Our family have been doing what is within our means to continue supporting him.

Any support is especially important since he lost his 46 year mother to metastatic lung cancer(non smoker) this past Thanksgiving days. She was his primary support. He continues to live with his brother in maternal apartment.
