We have recently found out that Alex had a watermelon-sized tumor in her stomach. She got it removed a week later along with her left ovary as it was attached to the ovary, her bowel, and uterus. We have since then gotten pathology results back that she has a very rare Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. She will begin chemotherapy and will most likely need a full hysterectomy.
