Help Alex Tholen and Family Cover Treatment Costs

Alex Tholen, one of the strongest, smartest, hardest working people the state of Utah knows has started one of the largest challenges he has to face to this date. On August 11th, a very rare 10 pound tumor was removed from his abdomen. To the surgeons surprise, there were 3 small bb sized tumors inside that were not on the original scan. The full pathology report was completed a month later and it confirmed that the 3 bb tumors and the big tumor were cancerous and the same kind of tumor.

 

Alex's health had began to decline days before the news and a scan was ordered the same day in fear that a tumor had returned. The new scan showed 5 new tumors. Two in his abdomen and three in his liver. The biggest tumor was already 4.6 cm. The other tumors were smaller, but are not far behind because of their aggressive growth.

 

As an unfortunate consequence of such happenings, Alex and his family are facing a large amount of medical bills to pay for his treatments. We are hoping to raise funds to help Alex and his family to afford these medical bills in such a tumultuous time. Any amount of donation would be greatly appreciated and helpful in aiding the family.
