Help Alex Salcedo Cover Emergency Medical Costs

Hi, my name is Nick and I’m fundraising to help cover the emergency medical and any other unforeseen costs for Alex Salcedo. Alex was severely injured in a motorcycle crash on the night of January 9th. He was heading home from visiting friends when a drunk driver hit another motorist, causing that motorist to strike and severely injure my friend.

Due to the high impact of the crash, Alex has had to undergo multiple surgeries including emergency surgery to repair a ruptured aorta in his heart, fractured facial bones, broken leg, and many other severe injuries associated with the impact. Alex is still unconscious and is expected to awake in the next few days. However, his prognosis for recovery is still unknown.

Alex is a professional aviator that everyone around him strives to emulate. Most importantly, Alex is a great family man and friend. The injuries he sustained will keep him out of the cockpit for some time, a reality that will strike at the very fabric of his being.
