Help Alex Open His New Taqueria

Alex is a talented chef in Los Angeles that played a pivotal role in the "Burrito Drone" video . After we filmed the video, unfortunately Alex had to shut down his old taqueria, which had countless, glowing 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google. Since then, he has been running his catering business with a lot of success, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it will be difficult to keep business going for some time to come.
This gofundme was created to:
1) Help raise the startup funds that Alex needs to launch a new taqueria.
2) Help Alex through these difficult times.
Beyond making delicious food, Alex is an incredibly kind and generous person. Obviously, it goes without saying that we would not have been able to do the video or experiment without him. But it goes beyond the Burrito Drone. Alex's and my friendship is a testament to the passion and care he has in making people happy with his food. I was a customer but quickly became a friend. When you go to his taqueria, he does not just feed you well, he makes you feel at home and goes the extra mile to ensure you're satisfied.
I spoke with Alex recently and he gave me his blessing to do this fundraiser. He was extremely grateful, telling me that he has been looking at new locations but has not been able to save enough money to make a down payment.
