I’m reaching out because I’m in a tough spot and need your help. On July 17, 2025, I was in a car accident that totaled my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. I had minor injuries, but the real struggle is financial—my insurance didn’t cover the full amount needed to pay off my car loan, and I’m now left needing to make up the difference.

I’m incredibly thankful that I walked away with minor injuries from the accident, but it’s been a real challenge dealing with everything that came afterward. My car insurance turned out to be less helpful than I thought, and I’m stuck trying to find a way to cover the remaining amount on my car loan.

I didn’t have Gap insurance through the lender, and I assumed my car insurance’s loan payoff option would handle the rest. Unfortunately, I was mistaken, and now I’m scrambling to come up with funds that I simply do not have.
