Hi my name is Emily Munive, and I am raising funds on behalf of my brother Alex, who has been accepted into the BYU Jerusalem studies program, which is a once-in-a-lifetime academic and spiritual experience in the heart of the Holy Land.

This fall, he has the incredible chance to study in Jerusalem where he will learn firsthand about the Jewish people, their history and culture, while growing intellectually and spiritually allongside friends and classmates from BYU.

In a time when the Middle East is facing deep conflict and division, this experience offers a rare opportunity to build understanding, empathy and peace through education. The program emphasizes not only on academic learning, but also mutual respect, cultural immersion, and interfaith dialogue- values that the world urgently needs today.

We are seeking to raise $9,000 USD to help cover:

-Program tuition

-Round-trip airfare

-Housing and meals

-International health insurance

The program begins on September 8, 2025, so we are hoping to reach our goal as soon as possible to secure his spot.
