Help Alex Heal After Serious Accident

My name is Cate, and I am helping my friend Alex raise funds to help with living expenses while he recovers from a serious accident.

Alex lives here in DC, and he has had a very tough couple of years. Alex has been going through treatment for cancer and was recently able to return to part-time work at a local retail outlet.

On October 10th, Alex had an accident where he fell and broke his elbow. He was crossing the street after dark and tripped over a rock in the road!

This turned into an emergency room visit, then nearly a week-long hospital stay with two surgeries to repair the fractured elbow. The medical team also decided that he was going to need to have a colostomy bag again.

Alex has been a member of the bike family and service industry communities here in DC for decades, and he needs us to help him heal. Any amount is received with gratitude!
