When I was 5, I had a facial injury on the Lake Mohawk boardwalk that led to my baby teeth falling out and my front adult teeth growing in without roots. My dentists have tried to keep my front teeth in for as long as possible, but they are no longer strong enough. Right now, I cannot bite into anything with my front teeth. They are unstable and move when I bite down.

In order for me to have regular use of my teeth again, I will need an extraction and two new implants. After this, I should be able to eat normally and finally, for the first time since I was 5, I may be able to bite into things like apples.
