Help Alex Get Home: Urgent Travel Funds Needed

Hey guys. This is a 100,000% true emergency and I wouldn't ask unless I had absolutely no other choice.

My son Alex has been having a rough time with his mental health, and he was in a facility in Wytheville. He made a threat, and they took him to the hospital. I requested a long-term facility for him. He was transported to Newport News, VA for treatment, and that was the only bed available after 8 hours of waiting.

After 3 days, I discovered this was not a long-term facility, and the stays were usually 5-7 days. Originally, when I thought it was long-term, I had enough time to save for the money for a trip like that. But they called the other day, and he is being discharged Monday, April 21. I was paid Thursday, but due to a surgery, I had to take 4 days off to help my husband. My check was very shy. I have $50 to my name and no other way to get fuel to get to him. If you could give anything, it would help me so much, and I would be forever appreciative.
