Hi, my name is Martin de Knijff, and I’m fundraising for my great friend Alex Stevic. He is a single dad, and with his two sons Nicholas and Igor, they live together as a family in Madrid, Spain. In September 2020, things took a nasty turn as he tested positive for COVID-19 . Shortly after that, he was hospitalized and stayed under care for almost a month. Unfortunately, it’s been a long journey back - this as he’s suffering from long-term effects of the virus. All faculties are still not back to normal, and accordingly, working and functioning as a dad and supporting himself has been a tremendous challenge.
