Hello, my name is Alex. I am a full time nursing student, currently in a season of change where I have to leave my current housing and the car I have is borrowed, and I can no longer afford gas for the car (it chugs gas). It is a car that has to get jumpstarted about every day and needs a lot of TLC, something I can't afford at this moment. I live an hour away from school and work. so transportation is a must.

I am seeking help from the community to support me in purchasing a used car. I have found a Honda Civic Hybrid is great on miles and dependable. I am not seeking the latest car, just something in a reasonable price range that will hold me through school and help me as I stabilize myself in life. It is very humbling to ask for this kind of help, but I have to be able to get to and from school and work or i can lose all I have worked so hard for.
