Hi, my name is Alex D. I never imagined I’d be in this position at 27, but ongoing health issues have completely changed my life.

After having COVID several years ago, my health began to decline significantly, and I am now unable to work. Recently, doctors discovered a growing mass on my right ovary, and I need surgery to have it removed.

Unfortunately, even with insurance, there are significant out-of-pocket medical costs, and I’m also struggling to cover basic living expenses while navigating treatment and recovery. My husband works, but his income alone isn’t enough to support us during this time.
