Hello, my name is Alex, and I was recently hospitalized for sepsis after picking up two infections from surgery. I was admitted to the ER for 24 hours before getting transferred to another hospital via ambulance, where I was admitted for 3 more days. I was on several antibiotics and getting up to 102.7-degree fevers on a cycle.

I have insurance, but the bills, even with insurance, are not something I can afford as I am not working due to getting attacked by a dog and damaging my ankle earlier this year. I am a very kind person who has had a very rough year.
