My name is Alex, and I am a Life Scout from Troop 31 in Nashville, currently working on my Eagle Scout Project. An Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America, representing leadership, service, and dedication. To earn this rank, a Scout must plan, develop, and execute a community service project that demonstrates these qualities, benefiting an organization or the local community.

For my project, I am working with The Temple - Congregation Ohabai Shalom , to enhance the grounds by building picnic tables with benches and planting trees. These will serve children at the temple by giving them places to sit for outdoor activities, along with enhancing the overall look of the temple's outdoor area.

The Project: I plan to build three durable wood benches, along with trees scattered around the grounds. The benches will be weather-resistant and placed in strategic locations around the temple's property. Trees will also be placed around the property, mostly near the benches to optimize shade.

How You Can Help: To bring this project to life, I am seeking financial support for the purchase of materials and supplies. This includes high-quality wood for the benches, the necessary tools for construction, as well as fertilizer and soil for the trees. 100% of all funds will go to the project. Any excess funding will be donated to the Temple.
