Thank you for taking the time to read this. As embarrassing as it is I’ve come to a place in my life where I need to ask for help.

At the end of the year 2019 I lost a job that paid me well. I’m making much less money now. I have struggled to keep my life together with what I’m getting paid.. and like many of us.. I have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic. I have had to take multiple times off of work due to possible exposure. I have no sick pay, no paid time off, no health insurance. 

I’ve come to a point in my life that I’ve never thought I would get to. I cannot afford to live in my home anymore. However, I cannot afford to leave my home either.

My lease requires me to give a written 60 day written notice that I’ll be moving out. During those 60 days I am still responsible for rent. At the end of the 60 days I will owe $1598. 

I simply cannot afford to stay here till October.And I can’t possibly come up with $1598 in twtwo months on top of my regular rent/food/gas/electric and phone bill. That’s why I am starting this go fund me. I have a place I can move into that will help get me back on my feet and afford to feed myself.

Any amount will help significantly. Even sharing my gofundme would help.

I would not create this if I had another option.. but right now I feel trapped and cannot find a way out.
