Help Alex and Ian Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

During Hurricane Helene Alex and Ian’s house had about two feet of water come in. It is a one story home so anything that wasn’t on a counter or high shelf was totally destroyed. They tried to save as many things as they could but unfortunately they still lost most of their belongings. This includes all of their appliances (fridge, dishwasher, laundry, etc.), all of their furniture, and most of their personal belongings. Alex and Ian have been in the process of renovating their home for a few years as well. All of their progress will have to be torn out and redone due to the water damage. Finally their insurance does not cover anything outside of their home which will be thousands of dollars in other damages as well.

Alex and Ian are currently displaced from their home as they begin the intense process of remediating the damage and beginning to make their home livable again. Insurance takes many months to process these types of cases especially when they are overrun with claims due to a natural disaster, so we want to reach out and help them as much as possible in the meantime.
