My brother Alex was unfortunately  just recently diagnosed with Seminoma cancer for the second time. He underwent surgery the first time and had the cancerous testicle removed and recovered with no signs of the cancer returning. About a month ago he was rushed to the ER with excruciating abdominal pain and with further testing it was discovered that the cancer had in fact returned and had even possibly spread to his lymph nodes.  After more testing was done it was confirmed that the cancer had spread to his lymph nodes, but that his cancer would be in fact treatable with 1 of 2 options: undergo surgery once again or  chemotherapy. He chose to go with chemotherapy instead of going for a second surgery due to the pain and recovering process he went through the first time. His chemotherapy started January 18th and will be ongoing for 3 months.  His first 3 weeks out of the month for 3 months will be 5 times a week for 5+ hours a day, after that he will be going once weekly for 2 weeks after that. This as you can imagine is an extremely stressful time for my brother and his family.  He will be out of work for at least 4 months which leaves his wife the only one bringing in any income for their family. I know everyone is struggling with everything going on and these are troubling times for everyone.  Any little bit that anyone can donate will be for medical bills/expenses for their family and hopefully relieve some stress for them during these troubling times.  Thank you for taking time to read this and I appreciate everyone's support!
