Final Dg: Neoplasma malignum ventriculi C16.9.

Tok bolesti: Neoplasma malignum ventriculi. Neoplasma malignum secundarium peritonaei.

January 2023. It started w pain in his prostate and pains in lower abdomen and back.

Imao je podrigivanje češće nego što je imao.

In May of 2023. Nausea and vomiting commences.

Before his first surgery, he never had gastroscope nor colonoscopy.

Prostate was surgically removed in August of 2023.

After the surgery pain and nausea return within next 15 days.

Helicobacter pylori test was done and he was advised to return in 1 month to check his anemia. Colonoscopy or gastroscope still not performed.

U novembru 2023. Odlazi u Zemunsku bolnicu

In February 2024 he sees his primary Dr who then refers him for colonoscopy and gastroscope in 3 months, or May 2024.

On April 5, 2024 he almost collapsed and was admitted to hospital Bezanijska kosa where he undergoes colonoscopy and gastroscopy.

On June 4, 2024 he undergoes exploratory laparotomy to find out that his tumor has spread everywhere.

On June 24, first chemotherapy was started.

Maybe he could have a chance if immunotherapy is started and this therapy is expensive…

This is the story of a son of one of my father’s best friends.
