Help Alejandro recover from train accident
Donation protected
On June 22, 2019 my husband Alejandro Ramirez was walking home from a family members house. He took a short cut through the railroad tracks by Forest Hill. Unfortunately he tripped and fell when the train was on its way. The conductor pulled the brakes but the train still managed to hit my husbands head. When the ambulance came they had to pull his body out from under the train since he was unconscious by then. God heard everyone’s prayers while at the hospital and my husband finally woke up from the accident 1 week later. They kept him for another week till he was stable and able to stand on his own. He suffered a diffuse axel brain injury and is now home thank god trying to recover. We have 2 children our 4 month old baby girl and 3 year old sweet boy which he is still able to remember and love. We are a young family on the road to success. He is a very hard working man known by many pipeline construction companies for his heavy equipment operating skills. His passion for his work is unreal and he has always provided the best for our family. I know it’s a long process and day by day he will come back and remember everyone, I have faith this will happen soon. I am an elementary teacher which is how I was able to sustain our family financially. Now that he will need care 24/7 that I will be providing it will very difficult to continue to teach. My husband will also need neurological and physical therapy, things that we were not prepared for and are deeply in need of any help to cover the cost. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. I have faith that he will get through this because he is born with strong will.
