Hi, my name is Alejandro Roman. Recently, I went into septic shock from a severe infection and had to be hospitalized. Thankfully, I survived, but my recovery has been very difficult. I am still facing ongoing health challenges, including upcoming colon surgery and bladder issues that have left me unable to work.

I have already been out of work for over a month, and doctors expect I will need at least another month (or more) to recover. In the meantime, medical bills and regular living expenses keep building up, and it has become overwhelming to manage on my own.
