Alejandra “Ale” Duran, 43, has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has metastasized to her liver.

If you know Ale, you know she is full of life. She is loving, fun, energetic, and the kind of person who brings warmth and joy everywhere she goes. She means so much to her family, friends, and everyone who has had the privilege of knowing her.

Now Ale and her family are facing the fight of her life.

After receiving this devastating diagnosis, Ale’s family found a treatment center that specializes in advanced cancers and are pursuing a three week intensive treatment program in Tijuana, Mexico. The cost of treatment is $65,000, which covers her stay at the clinic, meals tailored to her medical needs, and the therapies included in her treatment plan.

This is an overwhelming financial burden, and her family should not have to carry it alone while also trying to care for and support Ale through this battle.

With Ale’s blessing, this fundraiser has been created to help cover the cost of her treatment and give her and her family the ability to focus on her care, strength, and healing instead of the financial weight of it all.
