Help Alec with buying a car

My brother is 20 years old and slightly autistic. His car just caught on fire and he has a job and is trying to support himself, but we can't afford another car right now. With paying for rent and food, it is so much stress and we're just asking for help. It is his only mode of transportation to and from work and the store.
