The last five months have been the hardest of my life. I haven’t been able to walk due to severe sciatica, and on top of that, I was diagnosed with Young Adults Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was working for Homeland Security as a TSA officer, but my body started to wear down so much that I couldn’t perform my duties and was let go last September. Since then, I’ve had no way to work, and every day is a battle just to get to my hospital visits. Now, I’m living in my car, which has a bad starter, and I have no way to get anywhere or make it to my appointments. It’s just me, doing this alone, and I’m reaching out for help until I can get better and back to working again.

The funds raised will help me repair my car so I can get to my doctor appointments and make progress toward getting healthy again. They could also help me get into some kind of affordable housing, afford food, and pay for the medicines I need during my recovery. My goal is to get into an apartment, get healthy, find a job, and get back to living my life. I have no family in my life, and the friends I do have have helped me in every way they could.

To whoever blesses me in any way, I just want to say thank you for taking the time to read and understand and feel for my testimony. I’ve never been this low in life before, and I really did not want to make something like this, but I am fighting for my life every day, just like millions of other great human beings out here every day that I see in my same situation. God bless you, and I promise if I get a second chance, I will never take it for granted and I will definitely pay it forward.
