Help Alebrijes Bakery open in Rancho Cucamonga CA

We're so close we can smell the pan dulce already...

We are a group of Inland Empire residents working towards opening a worker-oriented bakery in the IE region- Alebrijes Bakery. The idea began shortly after the onset of the pandemic. As a young couple, we were looking for ways to make some extra income to be able to pay bills. This goal led us to the first iteration of our business - a pan dulce delivery service, or Los Del Pan Dulce, as some of you may recall. Los Del Pan Dulce was strictly a delivery service that coordinated with local Mexican bakeries to bring your favorite pan directly to your door.

Fast-forward to 2.5 years later, and we are about a month away from the grand opening of our first physical location and full-operation bakery. While we cannot be more excited about finally getting to work, we require additional funding to finalize the tenant improvements and to purchase the final equipment and inventory.
