Hi. My name Aris. I normally would never do this, but I need help. I have a 12 going on 13 (in May) Maltese/Chihuahua named Alcon. He is one of the many loves of my life. Recently after a vet visit, it was discovered he has cancer due to a mast cell tumor and requires surgery to remove the surgery, along with neutering him because of a prostate condition and dental cleaning with possible removal of teeth. The surgery alone to remove the tumor is about 1500 and was strongly advised since he would already be under anesthesia to proceed with the other surgeries as well. I recently lost my Chihuahua,Taco, Alcon's best friend a year ago and I'm not ready to say goodbye to any more pets this soon.
