Help Alcea become a licensed Tattoo Artist

Hi! My name is Alcea Rose. Warm greetings to anyone who stumbles upon these flimsy albeit honest words of mine. I am a 27 year old individual with an eager aspiration to transition into what I believe might be my most aligned career choice.. a Tattoo Artist. I have planted roots to chase this dream in Oregon, which is possibly the only state in which one is required to attend a private career school in order to attain the objective of becoming licensed in this field. Given the unstable and erratic circumstances of the world these days, it has become much less of an option to consider moving elsewhere to make this happen. In short, the total tuition cost for the school I will attend is $12,000. I have tried everything within my reach to attain any funding possible for this endeavor, and have been approved for an Individual Development Account through the Goodwill Prosperity Program which will help fund $8,000 of my tuition cost. This amount includes $2000 of my own money that I am required to save during this time in order to receive the other $6000. The only catch is that this money is given in two 6 month increments over the period of a year. In order to start school as soon as possible, I need to come up with the remaining $4000 to use as a down payment so I can attend school while I wait for the remaining funds that will cover the rest of my tuition by the time I finish the program. (Really, I need to come up with $4000 no matter how the cookie crumbles.) I have tried to go the private loan route to no avail, even with good credit history, due to not having a co-signer. I currently work as much as I can with no excess available beyond what is needed to pay my bills, between my job at a natural food store as well as trying to keep on top of my Esty shop where I sell various artwork and creations alike.

To sum it up, my biggest and most valuable resource would prove to be community at this time. I ask for help with a great deal of humility and vulnerability standing hand in hand.
