One day i noticed Albi was sleeping a lot and sneezing for a couple days, so i took him into the vet and we thought it was an upper respiratory infection. We got one prescription of antibiotics to help, they did nothing. after the 2nd visit Albi was given 3 different meds, which helped a little, but still no cure. He’s down 3 pounds and is barely eating. At the third vet visit today we did bloodwork and it turns out his kidneys and liver levels are all messed up. He is now being kept at the vet for 3 days for monitoring and so they can give him fluids and injections to get his levels back to normal. I am hoping this will be all he needs. If you know me you know Albi is my baby - this is destroying me. I’m hoping this will help him and he will finally feel better after weeks of struggling.
