Hi, this is the Arenas Family and we are posting in regards to our brother/son. He was a dad of 2 little boys. He was always supportive towards his family and was goofy. He loved his family and his family loved him. He was unfortunately taken from us by being shot by Downey Police Department . It was an unjustifiable act by the police.
