Help Albert and Family Through Liver Transplant

Hello. My name is Albert. I am 59 years old and 6 years ago I got put into the liver transplant list for non alcoholic cirrhosis. I NEVER drank , smoked or used drugs in my life and I have liver disease. Well, a week and a half ago I got the call to come to University of Pennsylvania for my transplant. I was scared to death , but I have a wife, 5 kids, and 6 grandbabies to live for. I have been out on disability for 4 years and my wife isn't working for roughly 2 years to help take care of me. Unfortunately with only disability income and now the long process of my new liver, we are having a hard time getting by. My kids help as much as they can but still is hard So, I would appreciate any help you can give. If you can't, I understand, I am struggling also, but maybe send me good thoughts. Anything you could help me with I would GREATLY APPRECIATE.

Update on Albert.. found out day I need to start dialysis tomorrow. My Liver and my kidneys are not functioning correctly, and something about I dont have enough oxygen in my blood. I hope I only have to be on dialysis a short time but it's not looking good. Which means I will be here longer than I expected.
